OpinionOutpost.com
Minimum Payout: $5.00 (Minimum payout is the amount of money that you have to earn before you can request a payment.)
Payment Method: Check
This website is probably the best paid site of all that I've mentioned because you make more for each survey that you complete. You have to wait for them to send you survey invitations. The only thing that kind of gets me annoyed is that a lot of the time I start a survey and then they tell me that I don't qualify. I still can't complain though because I make more on there than on any of the other paid sites that I've joined. The minimum payout is $5 but I like to let the money add up so I can get a bigger check because I can't really buy much with $5. I know this site is legit because I've recieved a couple of checks from them already.
MyLot.com
Minimum Payout: You can choose between $10, $25, $50, and $100
Payment Method: Paypal
This is a paid forum site. You get paid to respond to discussions. You don't make much for your responses, just a couple of cents, but if you like to participate in forums then why not get paid to do it? If you do it a lot then the money can add up. I think you get paid a little more if you start a topic that gets many responses. The key is to make detailed quality responses. Don't focus on trying to write as many responses as you can. Referrals can also help you earn extra money if the person that you referred joins and actively participates on the site. There is no option to get paid through a check so you must have a Paypal account. I have an unverified Paypal account because I don't know if I feel comfortable giving my bank information to them. Other members on MyLot have said that they have unverified accounts but are able to request a check from Paypal and they have recieved payments. I've recently joined this site so I haven't reached payout yet. When I do I'll update this and let you guys know how it went.
SendEarnings.com

Minimum Payout: $30
Payment Method: Check
This is a paid e-mail website. You get paid to read emails that are sent to you. You simply click the confirmation link in the email that says that you've read it and your account gets credited. This site also pays you a couple of cents per e-mail and it'll take a while before you reach the payout amount but I joined because it's a simple way of getting some extra money. It's just a couple of clicks of a mouse so why not? I'm 2 dollars away from the minimum payout amount but I might let it go over a little before I request a payment. I've never reached the payout amount yet for them but when I get my check I will update this to let you guys know that it's legit.
InboxDollars.com

Same description as SendEarnings.com
Xomba.com
Payment Method: Google Adsense
This website doesn't have a minimum payout. You get paid when people click your Google Adsense advertisements relevant to Xomblurbs and Xombytes that you post are displayed over them.
According to their website a Xombyte is:
"A Xombyte is a term we use for a blog, article, or fiction that is submitted to Xomba. A Xombyte should be a full fledged piece of writing containing at least 100 words. It can contain links to other web pages but that should not be its main focus. Posts which use a link to another web page as its main focus should be Xomblurbs. "
A Xomblurb is:
"Xomblurbs are a social bookmarking tool that allows users to share links with the entire Xomba community. In a Xomblurb you can share a link to a website, article, blog, image and video."
So far I haven't recieved any clicks from this site but that could be because I only posted 3 Xomblurbs. I'm sure people who actually write detailed interesting Xombytes can actually make some money on there.
Helium.com
Payment Method: Paypal
This site is a great writing community where you can get paid to write articles. There is a large range of topics that can be written and debated on and there are contests with cash rewards along with many other great features. Whether you want to write or just want to read the content written by other writers this is a great website to check out. The articles, essays, or stories that you submit continue to earn money once you submit them. Again, the key to making money on this site is to submit quality content and not quantity. This is especially important because you get paid per visit of your submission. The higher your submission is ranked the more likely it is that someone will read it. Articles are also randomly placed side by side and voted on by visitors of the site, this is how your ranking is established. You can also choose to donate your earnings to a charity. Visit the website's User Guide to find out more. If you're a serious writer then this is a good site to join.
